Sparkling Wines Metodo Martinotti-Charmat
My passion for wine comes alive in my sparkling and fizzy wines, crafted with the Martinotti-Charmat method. Developed between Italy and France, this process involves a second fermentation in temperature- and pressure-controlled steel tanks, enhancing the freshness of grapes like Glera. The result is vibrant, authentic bubbles, perfect for an immediate, delightful sip.
From my family’s vineyard, I create three Prosecco Superiore DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene, Extra Brut and Brut, elegant and prestigious expressions of the land. I round out the range with other carefully selected wines: a Prosecco DOC, two unique sparkling blends, a refined rosé, and two fresh, captivating fizzes, all ideal for joyful moments of togetherness.
Prosecco Superiore DOCG
From the Zanotto family vineyard, nestled 370 meters high in the Tarzo hills, comes our Prosecco Superiore DOCG collection, a true expression of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. Three sparkling wines, crafted from 100% Glera grapes, distinguish themselves by their unique character and varying sugar levels: ZB, with less than 3 g/l, for a decisive extra brut experience; Brù, with 5 g/l, for perfect balance; and Brut Bajo, with 8 g/l, for a pleasant softness. Each bottle embodies the passion and tradition of a terroir-driven land, where attention to detail and respect for the territory converge in an unforgettable sensory experience.
Prosecco DOC Treviso
Our Prosecco DOC Treviso wines are the result of careful selection, an expression of a dedicated terroir. The range includes a Brut, versatile and suitable for any occasion, and a Rosé, a recent addition to the regulations, both produced with grapes from the Asolo hills. These wines tell the story of a tradition, through the care and passion we dedicate to each bottle.
Spumanti Blend Zanotto art collection
The Zanotto Art Collection celebrates the meeting of art and wine, with two unique sparkling wines: Rivolto (Extra Dry) and Silver (Brut). Both are born from a blend created by our winemaker, an “artist of taste”, with Glera grapes (80%) and white grape varieties selected for their suitability for sparkling wine production. The labels, featuring the work of artist Bajo, reflect the harmony between artistic expression and the taste of our sparkling wines. Coming from a territory of high winemaking tradition, these wines are a sensory experience that celebrates the care and passion for the result.
Vini Frizzanti
Semi-sparkling wines, made with the Martinotti method, are distinguished from sparkling wines by the lower pressure of carbon dioxide (within 2.5 bar). This contributes to offering an experience of freshness and great drinkability. Ideal for aperitifs, or as a base for Spritz, these wines are an expression of conviviality and joy. Produced with selected grapes and modern methods, our semi-sparkling wines are an invitation to celebrate the special moments of life.

The Art of Pairing Sparkling Wines
Great pairings hinge on a wine’s personality: its sweetness (from bone-dry Brut Nature to lush Demi-Sec), its zippy acidity, its body, and its aromatic notes. Whether you’re savoring seafood, spicy fusion dishes, or creamy cheeses, Zanotto’s sparkling wines—crafted with the Martinotti-Charmat method and a nod to tradition with our “Col Fondo” line—offer freshness, vibrancy, and versatility. Here’s how each wine shines with food.
ZB – Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut
Ultra-dry (<3 g/l) with fine, persistent bubbles, this wine bursts with green apple, citrus zest, and a mineral edge, finishing crisp and refreshing.
Pair it with: Fresh oysters or salmon sushi. The wine’s sharp acidity cuts through the richness of seafood, a favorite from Vancouver to Copenhagen.
Bru – Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut
Structured yet fresh (5 g/l), with elegant bubbles, it offers pear, white flowers, and a hint of almond, ending smooth and dry.
Pair it with: Herb-grilled chicken or a quinoa-avocado salad. Its versatility enhances light, wholesome dishes popular in health-conscious kitchens.
Brut Bajo – Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut
Lively and balanced (8 g/l), with creamy bubbles, it blends ripe apple, lime, and a whisper of honey into a harmonious finish.
Pair it with: Shrimp tempura or crispy fried vegetables. The subtle sweetness complements crunchy textures adored in casual dining.
Fiumano – Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut
Fruity and inviting (10 g/l), with soft bubbles, it shines with peach, apple, and acacia blossoms, closing fresh and slightly round.
Pair it with: Fish tacos with yogurt sauce or a Hawaiian poke bowl. Its vibrant profile matches the bold, fresh flavors of North American fusion cuisine.
Silver – Spumante Brut
Bright and dynamic (10 g/l), with fine bubbles and mostly Glera, it delivers citrus, golden apple, and a grassy note, ending lively and dry.
Pair it with: Soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert with crackers. The wine’s freshness balances creamy textures, a classic for cozy gatherings.
Rivolto – Spumante Extra Dry
Soft and enveloping (13 g/l), with delicate bubbles and mostly Glera, it offers ripe peach, apricot, and white flowers with a balanced sweetness.
Pair it with: Thai chicken curry or sweet-and-sour pork. Its gentle sweetness tames spices, appealing to adventurous palates.
Osé – Prosecco Spumante Rosé DOC
Refined and lively (10 g/l), blending 85% Glera and 15% Pinot, it features wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, and floral hints, finishing fresh and dry.
Pair it with: Smoked salmon with cream cheese or a shrimp-mango salad. Its elegance enhances delicate, fruity flavors loved coast to coast.
Frottola – Vino Frizzante IGT Veneto
Playful and spirited (14 g/l), with fizzy bubbles, it bursts with tropical pineapple, mango, and citrus, ending fresh with a touch of sweetness.
Pair it with: Margherita pizza or fried calamari. Its carefree vibe suits casual, shareable bites perfect for social nights.
Euforia – Vino Frizzante
Cheerful and refreshing (13 g/l), with lively bubbles, it brings melon, grapefruit, and wildflower notes, closing fresh and subtly sweet.
Pair it with: Summer fruit salad or lemon cheesecake. Its uplifting energy lifts light, seasonal desserts.
