11,5% vol – 750 ml
Prosecco with residual sugar below 3 grams per liter, boasting great personality and sharp acidity, made with 100% Glera grapes from hillside vineyards at 370 meters above sea level.
A revival of the ancient “brut nature” sparkling wine tradition, resulting in a distinctly dry sparkling wine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in autoclave using the Martinotti method for 90-100 days.
A subtle, elegant perlage, zesty notes of lemon, white flowers and bread crusts. Sustained acidity, length and persistence. A Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Docg spumante that can almost be described as extreme.
