I am Riccardo Zanotto<\/strong>, and Officina Vinicola is the laboratory where my research meets tradition<\/strong>. I don\u2019t see myself as a mere producer, but as an artisan selector<\/strong>: a “tailor of taste” guided by the idea that every bottle must tell the story of a land<\/strong>, an identity<\/strong>, and an ancient heritage<\/strong> to be guarded with respect.<\/p>\n

My journey begins in the family vineyards<\/strong> in Tarzo, in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Docg<\/strong>, and continues through the work of partner winegrowers in other dedicated areas. It is here that, together with a trusted oenologist<\/strong>, I choose the grapes that reflect an authentic nature<\/strong>, following the rhythms of the earth and the lunar phases to enclose a living product in every glass<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
